By accessing apexstudio.design or engaging Apex Studio Design for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Apex Studio Design provides professional web design, development, SEO optimization, and website maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment amounts, deposits, schedules, and due dates are established in the individual proposal, invoice, or agreement provided for your project or service, and may vary depending on the scope and nature of the work. Payment is handled directly through invoices issued outside of this website — apexstudio.design does not collect payment or process transactions.
Revisions, deliverables, and project scope are defined in your individual proposal, agreement, or written scope of work. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised quote. We will communicate any additional costs before performing out-of-scope work.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final website design and code we create for you. Apex Studio Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Project timelines are estimated and begin once the deposit is received and all required content is provided by the client. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed to date. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Ongoing support services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Apex Studio Design's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
