1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing apexstudio.design or engaging Apex Studio Design for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Apex Studio Design provides professional web design, development, SEO optimization, and website maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• 50% final payment due upon project completion and your approval
• Monthly care plans are billed in advance each month
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Payment plans are available upon request.

4. Revisions & Approval

We continue refining your site — at no additional charge — until you approve the final result. Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original project brief. Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised quote. Final approval from the client is required before launch.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final website design and code we create for you. Apex Studio Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within 5 business days
• Provide clear, consolidated feedback during revision rounds
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

7. Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and begin once the deposit is received and all required content is provided by the client. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed to date. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Monthly care plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apex Studio Design's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
